TERMS & CONDITIONS

We only have a few litters per year, so if anyone is interested in a pup they can be added to the waiting list. when a litter is born i will notify everyone on the list first, then i will post pics of the babies. All sales are on a first come, first serve basis. A PayPal deposit will reserve the pup of your choosing immediately, untill they're ready to go home at 8 weeks of age. The remaining balance isn't due till then.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! If for any reason you decide to back out of the sale your deposit will be forfeited. However, you are allowed to transfer your deposit to a different puppy if needed. (existing or future litters)

The ONLY time a deposit will be returned is if we cannot provide you with the agreed animal for any reason. It's extremely rare, but if something happens to the pup you chose, i will give you the option of a full refund or you could also have the option of transferring the deposit onto another pup. (existing or future litters)

We do offer shipping within the US, but because we're in Florida (super hot here) this service is only offered during the cooler winter months. There will be an additional $50. fee for this service. All other expenses incurred are the purchasers responsibility.

Our preferred way to get your new baby to a long distance home is in the lap of a human...riding coach! A much safer, less traumatic way to fly pups is for them to ride along in a pet or "sherpa" bag with you. Several economy airlines welcome pets aboard so i also offer this service. The fee for me to personally hand deliver the pup to your local airport is $100 plus cost of airline ticket.
